Request Account & Data Deletion
As a user of UMEDEX and U-InTouch, you have the right to permanently delete your account and associated personal data.
What gets deleted:
- Account profile (name, email, phone number, credentials)
- Authentication tokens and device IDs
- Chat logs, sensor data, and location history
What is retained:
- Clinical records and medical transaction data required under HIPAA and statutory health regulations.
Your request has been received. Your personal data and account will be processed and purged within 90 days, subject to mandatory healthcare retention requirements.

You can also request immediate data deletion by emailing us directly at
contact@umedex.com
with the subject line
"Data Deletion Request" from your registered email address.
