Q. How can I manage my health using AllyMD?
A: AllyMD is pleased to offer you a convenient way to manage your personal health information anytime or anywhere you access the Internet. Our online patient services allow you to connect with the physician for non-emergency medical issues, send your vitals routinely for physician monitoring, report your symptoms, video conference with the physician, view physician feedback, view and chart diagnostic test results, request prescription renewal, get alerts from the physician, view instructions from a recent clinician's visit, participate in group therapy and/or education on lifestyle modification and request appointments.

Q. What is the cost of services to use AllyMD?
A: AllyMD offers online patient services free of charge.


Q. What services does AllyMD offers?
A: AllyMD offers the following services to online patients:


  1. Continuous Vital Monitoring - Your physician will review vitals falling outside the specific limits set for you and send a feedback; if necessary, your Physician will contact you directly for any corrections to your lifestyle, medications or therapy.
  2. Symptom Reporting - Your Physician offers 210+ clinical protocols for you to choose and report your problems or symptoms online. All symptoms can be reported from the comfort of your home, work or anywhere. Your Physician will review your medical history including conditions/risks/medications/therapy, current symptom and provide you with a feedback and where necessary with first aid information and home care advice.
  3. Alerts - You can send medical alerts from mobile device or computer and get your Physician feedback online. You can now have a physician by your side all the time.
  4. Routine Evaluation - Your Physician will provide you with updates on your medical condition and risk every six months.
  5. Medical Consultation - If you receive a test result or visit a specialist, you can receive an online consultation from your physician.
  6. Group Therapy – You can participate via video or audio calls, privately in a group setting, and learn from your physician and other participants about a condition, risks and how to manage it through lifestyle modifications, medication and therapy.
  7. Care Group Discussion – You and your family can group chat with your Physician to address any medical concern of the patient.

Q. Who can enroll and begin using AllyMD?
A: Our online patient services are available to our patients who receive care from one of the affiliated physicians of AllyMD. Patients age 18 and above are eligible to enroll. A parent or guardian of a child under the age of 12 can also request access to and manage the child's personal health information.


Q. How do I enroll?
A: To enroll, complete the sign-up form, select your physician and subscribe to the service package that suits your need. After you enroll, your physician will call to review and update your medical profile, and train you on how to communicate with the physician using AllyMD online service.
